Great Morning All!!

Another day that we have been granted a chance to write wrongs and create new destinies.  I am forever thankful for all the opportunities that I’ve been afforded thus far.  Time waits for no one, so make sure to live in the moment, cherish the now, and strive to be a better you!  Nothing last forever but in the meantime, make every moment count.

I feel used and abused
Mistreated and unappreciated
Misled and baffled
Feelings are overwhelmed
Head full to capacity
Anger lives here and She seeks revenge
On all those who have wronged her
Pity is an after thought
For the pain She feels
Won’t allow it to reside here
She’s bruised and scorned
From the wrong doings
But at last She see’s thru the smoke
Gaining her conscious
Knowing right from wrong
Even after the pain She has endured
The mental wants to bind her
But her heart wants to be set free
She seeks revenge
But I seek redemption

I never could understand A Mother’s Love……until I became one.
Or the sacrifices you made……until I became one.
I never could understand Why you did the things you did……until I became one.
Or the reasons Why you told me NO….until I became one.
I never could understand because it wasn’t my time but now that I am a Mother, I am truly the Wiser because of U~

A mother is a vessel used to bring forth life. What a tremendous job that is and God saw it fit to bless many of us with that ability. I am so eternally greatful for the position and hold it at high regard. Mother’s are beautiful beings and our job is to protect, provide, nurter, inspire, encourage, listen, train, and teach…amongst other things 🙂 On this day, I’m so thankful and blessed to have a mother like mine. Shelia Harris, you are a gift from God~ love you mommy now and forever!!

New Horizons

Good Morning!!!

I’m delighted this morning because I’m in the process of embarking on a new adventure.  Being an entrepreneur has always been a dream of mine.  I’ve always had the desire to be my own boss and in 2007, that dream can true when I started *Sensual Secrets* (an adult online gift shop/novelty store & naughty basket service) in addition to the store and basket service, I also did *Sensual Home Parties*.  After being open for 3 yrs., I decided to close the business due to declining sales and the economy.

Not sure of what my next move would be, I investigated several ventures but none truly peaked my interest.  This blog was created shortly thereafter, to share my writing abilities and to hopefully produce my first book of poetry; this was achieved last year.  This experience has definitely been a great one and I’ve encountered some very beautiful people.  I am truly thankful for my followers and those who have visited my blog.

I’ve been offered a chance to start another venture that I feel will truly be a blessing to my family and I.  I’m excited about the possibilities and look forward to putting my ALL into this venture.  I’m not at liberty to share exactly what it is that I’m doing at this time, but believe you me, you guys will be the 1st to know once everything is up and running :).  My mind is constantly thinking and trust me, you haven’t seen the last of me yet.  I plan on having my hands in many ventures – everything I do, I do for my family.  Until the next time, thanks for checking me out and blessings to you all!

The rain cleanses my soul and elevates my mind. Refreshing thoughts of starting anew, wash away the pain and regret of yesterday. With my new existence, I relish in the sun rays that follow soon after – brightening my steps and outlining my path.
